Searching for children of Henry Roland who lived near Newport. I found one son Thomas H. in London in 1870. I believe John E. Roland is his son also. He may have served in the Civil War as a letter says he has been ill in Louisville but was getting better. By 1865 he was in Newport with Josina E. Roland (joseanna in one census). She later married Reuben Elliot. There was apparently a connection with the Crist family in Fairfield co OH. I am trying to establish that connection. Thanks for any help.
