Thanks to the generosity of a donor, the Bricker DNA Project is offering to cover the entire expense of DNA testing for a Bricker male whose relationship to former governor, senator, and 1944 vice-presidential candidate John W. Bricker of Ohio can be sufficiently documented. The purpose of the testing is to determine which of the known Bricker lines the Governor and his relatives belong to. The Governor was born and raised in Madison County, and it is believed that his distant relatives still live in and around the area today.
