I do know what a burial permit is. What I would like to know is if the statement FREE GROUND is noted in the place of burial, does that mean that STEEL DOUGLASS was buried on his own land. (Farm) Any help with this would be much appreciated, I have been searching for Steel Douglass for some time. This permit was issued on October 13, 1905, from London, Madison County.
