(now Madison Co.) in 1807 when their son, John ERVIN was born. One thing I have discovered is that James appears to have managed Needham & Hume (a merchandiser) after 1816. I'm looking for anything re: James Ervin (said to be born in Ireland) and his wife, Sarah.
