I have seen his surname spelled both Waggner and Waggoner. He was born in Madison Co., Ohio in about 1819. He had a brother named Henry. Both brothers ended up in Missouri. Samuel was killed in the Civil War in 1862. I would like to have information on his parents, siblings, etc., where they were from, etc. Any information would be appreciated. Clarence E.
