Hi List, This is in response to a message by Susan McHale Brockel. I have a partial copy of a compiled census list that was put together by Father Clark in 1937. This census was an attempt to a list of who were members of St Patrick's Catholic Church in London in the year 1875. Michael Casey and Johanna Kelly are on the list, with the following children: Daniel, born 1871; John, born 1873; and Johanna, born 1875. No other information was provided. There was a similar compiled census for 1860, but there were no Casey's listed. There is another Casey family in the area at the time of the 1875 parish census. This was Cornelius Casey, and he was also married to a Johanna Kelly (born 1841). Cornelius was actually dead by 1875. They had four children: Julia Casey, born Dec 08, 1864, baptized Jan 01, 1865, godparents: William Dineen & Ellen Kelly. Mary H. Casey, born Apr 03, 1866, baptized Jun 17, 1866, godparents: Michael Hearly & Ellen. Johanna Casey, born 1870. Patrick Casey, born 1872. I have read in records that the Cornelius Casey family is related to the Dineen's; William Dineen is my great great grandfather. I do not know if Cornelius and Michael are related. I have so far found nothing to support that they are related. Steve Slattery
