Others have searched for her; no luck. I imagine she was buried in a back-yard burial and may never be found. The family story that she was killed, possibly murdered, intrigues me. I doubt if deaths were recorded then, and I also doubt if there was a newspaper! Any other suggestions? I am in Illinois, so cannot do much as for going there! Jesse Stout, husband of Eliz. is buried only a few blocks from me, in a city cemetery here, buried with his 4th wife, but Eliz is my ancestress.
