Blanche, daughter of Thomas Cope FOSTER and Ida CLINGAN FOSTER, was born on Oct. 9, 1878, and died on Sept. 2, 1900, aged over 21 years. The funeral services were conducted at the family residence, 5 miles southeast of Newport, by her acting pastor, Arthur P. CHERRINGTON, interment being made in Bethel cemetery. She united with the M.E. Church about six years ago. She was a consistent christian, a kind and loving daughter and sister. She leaves a father, mother, sister, brother, and a large number of other relatives and friends to mourn her early departure. Hers is a brief but eloquent story; a beautiful record, a transplanted life, a precious memory for loved ones to cherish. Hope this helps someone. Happy Hunting! Nancy
