I have a marriage certificate of my great grandfather, Homer E. Wildasin who married Sarah J. Hahn on Aug. 1, 1895 and it shows that a line was drawn through Clark and Madison was written in. Their marriage is recorded in Clark Co., Ohio. Does anyone have any idea behind this?
