I am new to your list and am hoping some one can help me. I have a copy of a deed of 1/2 lot #87 of Range LF. Cemetery for a W. L. Reed. The date on the deed is Sept. 5, 1902. Mr. Reed died in 1903 but his obituary says he was buried in Sedalia Cemetery. Does anyone on the list know if Range Lf. Cemetery was renamed to Sedalia? Does any one live close enough to this/these cemeteries to check for burials and headstones? I would like to have the dates from the headstone and also if there are other Reeds buried there and who they are. I would appreciate any help I can get with this matter. Range Cemetery is on State Route 323, just East of Midway (Sedalia) in Range Township, Madison County. If I'm not mistaken, Sedalia Cemetery is on London Road, just south of Midway (Sedalia). I have relatives buried there, but it's been years since I've been there.
