London, O -- Robert W. TUNNELL, 55, of 113 W. Center St., London, died Wednesday at 12:44pm in Madison County Hospital. A retired employee of J. W. Watson Co. in Hilliard, he was born on July 5, 1925 in Miami, Okla., a son of Iley and Nellie TAFFNER TUNNELL, and was a resident of London for the past 20 years. He was a member of East Side Church of God in Springfield a veteran of Navy service in World War II. Survivors include his wife , the former Freida WRIGHT; three sons, Allen and Jim, both of London, Dale at home; three daughters, Mrs. George (Christine) EVAN of Springfield, and Roberta and Rebecca TUNNELL, both at home; two brothers, Marvin and Harold, both of Fairland, Okla., two sisters, Mrs. Richard Pauline BARNER of Ava Mo., and Mrs. Lewis (Mary) MAREK of Houston, Texas, and two grandchildren. Friends may call at Geer - Eberle Funeral Home in London on Friday from 4 to 9pm. Services will be held there Saturday at 1 p.m. by the Rev. Ray MCCONAUGHEY.
