    2. This is a Message Board Post that is gatewayed to this mailing list. Surnames: Everett, Mitchell, Davis Classification: Query Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/an/GZB.2ACI/1019.1.2 Message Board Post: The Thomas Everett in this obituary may be Thomas H. Everett, (b. May 1864, Champaign Co., OH), son of Thomas and Hannah (nee Mitchell) Everett of Urbana, OH. The age referred to as "nearly 29 years" coincides with his birth-year. Thomas H. Everett and his surviving siblings, including my great-grandfather Joseph W. Everett (the youngest child of 11 total, b. 1851), were dispersed among many families in various towns and townships of Madison County sometime before the 1860 Federal Census. They were all children or young adults at the time so I believe something tragic happened to their parents and older siblings to cause this dispersal. Other Everett siblings related to Thomas H. and Joseph W. known to have been dispersed in Madison County after 1860 include: Elizabeth Everett (b. abt 1834) Louisa Everett (b. abt 1836) Walter Everett (b. abt 1838) Mary E. Everett (b. abt 1839; m. William Watson) John Everett (b. abt 1841) Martha "Hannah" Everett (b. abt 1844; m. George F. Clark) Laura J. Everett (b. abt 1849) I do not believe that the father of Thomas H. and Joseph W. is the same as the Thomas Everitt that married Jane Sidener. I would be interested in locating more information on any of the siblings of Thomas H. and Joseph W. Everett.
