I am new to this list and I am hoping someone can help me in the pursuit of the family of Thomas and Hope RYALL. I have found this family living in the Deer Creek Township in the 1880 census. I found Hope RYALL in the 1890 Special Schedule who indicated that she was living in Lafayette, Madison County, Ohio and she was a widow and was visiting with her son, George in New Madrid County, Missouri when this census was taken. Is there any information available concerning cemeteries in this county? I am assuming that Thomas RYALL died in Madison County. Also, is there any marriage records for this county? And as usual, the name RYALL has many different spellings. This is what information I have on this RYALL family: RYALL, Thomas, born about 1817 in New Jersey RYALL, Hope, born about 1823 in New Jersey Children from this marriage: Martha (Mattie), born about 1844 in New Jersey George W., born about 1849 in Ohio Joseph, born about 1850 in Ohio Eliza (or Lydia) born about 1853 in Ohio Thomas, born about 1855 in Ohio James, born about 1859 in Ohio Ellen, born about 1866 in Ohio Thomas and Hope also had a grandson, Madison DAVIS, born about 1866 in Ohio. He may have been the son of Martha (Mattie) RYALL. I have found the family of Thomas and Hope in: 1850 livinig in Licking County, Ohio 1860 living in Muskingum County, Ohio 1870 living in Licking County, Ohio 1880 living in Madison County, Ohio I thank you for any help you can provide. Do you have any idea where they were living in Madison County? I did not see them listed in the 1870 or 1880 census. ----- Original Message ----- From: <futeykm@aol.com> To: <OHMADISO-L@rootsweb.com> Sent: Saturday, August 27, 2005 8:35 PM Subject: [OHMadison] Cemetary Look Up Please > This is a Message Board Post that is gatewayed to this mailing list. > > Surnames: Fleming, Carroll > Classification: Query > > Message Board URL: > > http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/an/GZB.2ACI/949 > > Message Board Post: > > Anyone willing to do a cemetary look up for me: > Edward Fleming b. abt 1810 d. after 1876 > may be buried with wife Indianna (Carroll) Fleming d. 1876 > Thank you. > > > ==== OHMADISO Mailing List ==== > Madison County, Ohio OHGenWeb > http://www.madisoncooh.info > > ============================== > Search Family and Local Histories for stories about your family and the > areas they lived.
