    3. In my grandmother's photos I found two pictures of West Jeff school with teachers in front. The teachers are named. My Mother and uncle went to West Jeff briefly, and I suppose that's when the photo was taken. I believe there is an historical society. In response I would like to let you know that Anna Farrington was my Great-Grandmother on my Father's side. She married Granville Purgit ,I do not have the date. Their son was William Earle Sr. who was ,of course, my Grandfather. His son's name was William Earle Jr. Born August 3rd,1917 died June 4th,1990 in Champaign County. He married Thelma Neil Halley on Sept 14th,1936 in Madison County. They were divorced about 1944 ,I think in Madison County. I hope this will help you out some. Out of this marriage came 4 children, William Lawrence,Ira Durell, Joyce Ann and Wilma Lynne. We all currently live in Champaign County except William Lawrence "Larry" who passed away June 17,2003
