I have some WEBERs from that area from about 1850 to 1900. But I don't recognize the other names, so it may be another WEBER line. What do you have so far? Robert, who are your Webers? I have William Weber, b. Dec 1876, md. 1898 to Catherine Koepke, d. 1950; Daughters Matilda b.1898, d. 1973 and Anna b.1900 d. 1964; Matilda married Harland Martin and had daughters Kay, Marg and Judy; Anna married Herman Short and had sons Jim and Ted. William's father was Carl August Weber - all info I have on him shows he was in Vincennes, Indiana (where William was born) - the 1920 census shows him in Amherst with William, both widowed. From other research I've done, I know there were two more children for August - one a female who died before 1910, and the other unknown. William left Vincennes to go to Amherst to teach music at the Lutheran school - I've always wondered why he'd move so far away, if there weren't a family connection of some sort. But I cannot find it yet. Just curious if we have any connections.
