Dear Nancy, Thank you for the reply.Since that query of 1958 I have heard from a William Milton Phelps decendent. We have exchange our genealogy with each other and they stopped for a visit. Which was wonderful. They even photograph some of our tombstones in Ohio. However we cannot find Julia Phillips parents. Too many Phillips to be sure which Phillips she may descend from. I visited Ontario Co., NY. a couple years ago. No Luck in finding her parents. Thank you and appreciate your help. You folks are "great".
