    3. Yesterday I took a four drive and went to visit the Ohio Historical Society in Columbus. Although I was amazed and thrilled with the amount of information available and the amount of information I was able to copy, I was treated very badly by a member of the staff there. I am contemplating a return trip or two and was wondering if this is just a fluke or have others had bad experiences there? I've visited many times the Burton Collection in Downtown Detroit - which has a reputation for bad treatment of patrons, But NEVER in my entire research career have been treated as badly as yesterday at the OHS. Does anyone on this list volunteer there or go there? Has anyone had any problems there? To do the prep that I did, and then drive the four hours, and then be treated so poorly makes me wonder? I felt so badly I got physically ill on the way home. It was just a nightmare! Thoughts? Suggestions? Karen (Michigan)
