I was talking with an older fellow from work and specifically asked about the Telegraph 'Road quarry due to my interest and research in the area, he said it was a small quarry and they particularly used the stones for the overpass railroad bridge by the foundry. (near Elyria Dairies and the Gyro House) I mentioned the 16th street quarry and he said that one was used to build Elyria High School and the bank building. Just bits of interesting information (please remember this is unconfirmed by me but a CLUE...........) Marilyn
