My great-grandmother, Julia Grace SAGE, was born 12 Aug 1875 and according to census records her family resided in Brownhelm, Lorain Co. at the time of her birth. However, there is no record of her birth at the Lorain Co. Probate Court. Records have been check from 1867-1878. I was wondering if anyone know about delayed birth records for that time period. If so, where would I find them? Any suggestions, gratefully appreciated. Thank you, Terri Bates Black
