    3. Extra note: After reading the obit y'all sent, I have determined this isn't the correct Augusta Schmidt, as mine was born 1863. This lady in the obit. was quite a bit older by at least 10 years, plus she was living elsewhere for the previous 50 + years - and not in Lorain. Apparently, mine were in Ward 2, which I assume was the Blackriver Twp, in 1900 - 1920. Since they were German, I would strongly suspect they were Catholic, so most likely in the Catholic cemetery there, or in the other church cemetery in that same township.. My grandfather was only 40 when he died, so it's looking like his parents and siblings didn't live long either, or else his mother and brother moved over to Cuyahoga County after 1920... Hope something will turn up on them. I appreciate all the help you've given! Thank you!
