Just thought those out of the area would like to know.... As advised on the website, I first wrote to the appropriate health department in advance to inquire about the availability of certain birth records. I received a (nice) letter from them stating they cannot do this by mail and said I would need to come in person or hire a researcher to find the record for me. Richelle
