Moon.... I have a James Moon born Vermont, married on 17 April 1836 to Syrenia Dailey, born Troy, Ohio. They had two children both girls, born born in Ohio. Syrenia married again around 1843 to Lorenzo Warner so James probably died before 1843. Syrenia then married William Standen 11 Dec 1849. She died in Elyria in 24 Feb 1907. William and Syrenia's children lived in Black River Township and Amherst area. I do not know anything more about this James Moon but it is possible when he came to Ohio that he came with family.
