Hi Margaret... The 1900 Census for Avon Township lists Reuben CHESTER, head of house, age 76, widower, born England Sept 1823, immigrated to US in 1833. Also listed are children Job, Minnie, Agnes J. and Albert. A quick look at the LDS FamilySearch website http://www.familysearch.org/Eng/Search/frameset_search.asp reveals a Reuben CHESTER, christened 19 Oct 1823 in Naseby, Northampton, England... son of William CHESTER and Amelia. A further search reveals a marriage of William CHESTER and Amelia PERRIN on 23 Sept 1811 in Naseby.
