Sharon, whenever I see the name Leimbach in Lorain Co., I wonder if they are from the same family as the priest, Father Leimbach, who served at St. Joseph's Church in Amherst in the 1950s. I don't remember his first name, but do you know if there was a priest in your Leimbach family during that time period? Perhaps not, because Lapp is often an Anabaptist/Amish name.
