    3. Researchers, The office of the Lorain County Coroner has records going back to about 1950. The coroner's report are never attached to a death record. In the case of an unnatural death of a relative, you can get a toxicology report or autopsy report if there was one. Enclosing a fee of $5.00 , you may request a certified copy by writing to: Lorain County Coroner #5 Main St. Suite 304 Oberlin OH 44074 Since these are public records, I assume that you can request anyone's autopsy report. Expensive though, and often that exact info is in an obituary. Nancy M.
