Close all your programs, then restart the computer. I would turn it off, wait a few seconds and turn it back on. Open your genealogy program which I assume is FTM by this message. It is caused by some type of Windows conflict between programs. You do not need to reinstall anything. Open FTM before you open mail program, also I find I have to change and change back the regional clock settings at times.
