Reservations are now being accepted for the Twentieth Annual First Families and Settlers Banquet on Saturday, October  22, 2005 at the First United Methodist Church - on the Square, Wellington, Ohio.     Punch - 4:14pm; Dinner - 5:00 pm. Candidates who have proven the residence of a direct ancestor in Lorain County prior to December 31, 1850 will be inducted into the First Families of Lorain County. Candidates who have proven the residence of a direct ancestor in Lorain County prior to December 31, 1875 will be inducted into Settlers of Lorain County. Guest speaker is Mildred Arthrell who will relate stories of the life of Laura Ingalls Wilder, author of Little House on the Prairie.
