Hi Deb, Thank you for the information that you sent. I appreciate the time and effort you took to help me. The Polly Clark information, I believe, is correct concerning her parents. Although some researchers say that she didn't marry William Stewart Maynard. I am told that she married an unknown Maynard. I thought her obituary might list a former husband since she died after 1880. I haven't found the obit. yet. The Manning Ware information, I still need to do more digging. About a year ago, I sent and inquiry to another researcher about the possibility of Manning Ware being connected with Frederick Ware and Jemima Manning. I was thinking that Frederick and Jemima were grandparents. Somehow this inquiry became factual, even though the other researcher posted a note that he had no confirmation of Manning being the son of Frederick and Jemima.....others have taken the information as factual.
