Deb Polly Clark is the daughter of William Clark who was born 1764 in Shrewsbury, VT and died Feb 23, 1798 and Elizabeth Smith b: Aug 9, 1764 in Weston, MA. William and Elizabeth were married on Aug 9, 1780 in North Clarendon, VT. Polly was born 1785 in Clarendon, VT (where all of her siblings were born). Polly's siblings were Nahum b: Dec 28, 1784 in Clarendon, Vt (married Reliance Smith in VT and had daughter Prudence Clark b: 1805 in Hubbard, VT), Isaac Clark b: Mar 19, 1787, Lucy Clark, b: May 28, 1790 (d:Aug 15, 1846 in Pittsfield and married Horatio Harmon on Jan 28, 1811, buried East Pittsfield Cemetery), Abigail Clark b: Apr 6, 1792, Walter Clark b: Aug 3, 1781, Mercy Clark b: Mar 13, 1783, Nabley Clark b: Feb 4, 1795, and William Clark Jr. b: after 1795. Polly first married William Stewart Maynard, and he is listed on the 1830 Madison, Richland, OH census where he supposedly died. Polly second married Seth Manley who was b: 1772 and died 1849, and is buried in Chittendon, Rutland, Vt. Polly and William had Mary Jane Maynard on Oct 24, 1820 in Pittsford, Rutland, Vt. Mary Jane married Manning Ware, who was born Apr 9, 1808, and was the youngest of 12 children. Manning Ware's parents are Frederick Ware Sr., b: Sep 3, 1760, died Dec 16, 1832 and Jemima Manning b: Dec 9, 1761 d: Apr 23, 1850. They were married in 1785, and she was his second wife. Frederick Ware Sr.'s first wife was Eunice Emerson b: 1756 who he married in 1783 and they had a daughter Stella born Aug 2, 1784. Besides Manning Ware, Frederick and Jemima's other children were Melatiah Ware b: Aug 20, 1786, Nancy Ware b: Sep 2, 1788, Frederick Ware Jr., b: Dec 4, 1790, Horace Ware b: Jan 22 1793, Mary Ware b: Feb 4, 1795, Charles Ware b: Jan 10, 1798, Betsey Ware b: Oct 24, 1799, Leonard Ware b: Jul 16, 1801, Thomas Ware, b: Aug 7, 1803, and Lucy Ware b: Oct 30, 1805. Some of Frederick and Jemima's children were born in Pomfret, VT and baptised in Jericho, VT, and some went to Minnesota. Frederick Ware Sr. is listed on the 1820 Buckskin, Ross Cty, OH census with 7 people in the household. Frederick Ware Sr.'s parents were Jonathan Ware Jr. b: Apr 16, 1734 d: Mar 8, 1774 and Meletiah Metcalf b: Oct 16 1736 d: Jul 27, 1821. They were married in 1756.
