Fellow Researchers, There is a term ... "Irish Twins". I recently debated with someone who claimed that the definition required that both be not within the 12 months, but within the same calendar year. Has that term been used in your family history? In which context was it used? BTW, I have 2 sets of Irish Twins, each set born within the same calendar years, 1954 & 1969. Nancy
This term is not widely used. It is considered a derogatory comment referring to Irish Catholic families. Gail, Ohio > Fellow Researchers, > There is a term ... "Irish Twins".
