He was sent to prison in Columbus back in 1914. A year later he was up for parole about a year later. I don't think he made it! I have not been able to find him any where, census or nothing. I am sure he never married Herman Boyer born Septmeber 19, 1889 Clyde, Ohio. He was living in Elyria at the time of the crime, I found 3 articles in the "Elyria Evening Telegram". Where can you search for inmates? Any help would be greatly appricated..... Penny Hi Penny, I have found that the Ohio Historical Society in Columbus owns a lot of the the prision records from that time period. I would suggest contacting them. They sent me information on on of my relatives that was in prision in Columbus which included a funny/interesting study of his facial features and how they felt that a certain nose lenght or ear shape made someone more likely to be a criminal. It also gave information about his relatives.
