    3. Hi, Nancy. Would the court in question have been the Court of Common Pleas? Both THOMPSONs mentioned and Hiram OFFENBBURG (OFFENBERG) are Columbia Twp. people and are collaterally related to me. S.B. Thompson was Samuel Banner THOMPSON(1836-1917), son of John V. THOMPSON(1808-1893) and Amanda OSBORN(1809-1890). I would like to get a look at the case in question. Was it skullduggery a misunderstanding or what? But unless I'm missing something - all too likely - the only court records for that period that the LDS have filmed are Probate records. Any suggestions as to how I can find out more?
