The last genealoghy calss several years ago,the instructor told us of a date when the US started using decloration of Intent. I don't know what year that was. Prior to that time the first papers were not use. I don't remember the date,but I am sure someone on the list knows. My point is, you might be waisting time looking for papers that never existed My orginal immergrent of 1832 only filed papers in common plas court stating he renounced the "Father Land".
