Hi Jane, Here's the address for vital records of Cleveland, OH, Cuyahoga County. It is literally a few blocks south of the lake in downtown Cleveland. I've enclosed "driving directions" that I copied from Mapquest.com. I haven't been downtown in quite a while, so I'm not sure where you park, and ususally downtown parking is expensive. Just be careful, it can be somewhat dangerous with the street people, because it's quiet in the area, and seems deserted during the afternoon. Probably mid-morning say, 10am or mid-afternoon, say 2pm are good times. You also don't want to be there during lunch hour, or rush hour, since there are quite a few high rise office buildings which house lots of people, and lots of cars! If you call the place, I'm sure they'll let you know parking details, etc. Hope this helps.
