Hi, I attended Gates School up to 1937 itwas Gates Elementary School named after Father Gate fonder of the Children's Hospital. The street was then Lake Avenue. Its on the west side and is a black south of West Street,on the corner of some little cross street that runs to School Street. I know Lake Avenue has been renamed but I don't know its new name.
