Dave, If you go to the Akron-Summit County Public Library website at http://www.ascpl.lib.oh.us/ and click on "Library Resources" you will find information under "Special Collections - Genealogy and Local History". Information is available there on how to obtain copies of the Ohio Death Certificates. This is a collection of microfilms, not a database with access on the Internet.
