If you are just looking for the death date and death certificate record info, the Ohio death record index is available on Ancestry.com. If you do not have a subscription to the Ancestry.com databases, I would be happy to look up the record for you, if you provide me what information you have on the individual you are looking for. Minimum information needed is the name and if available the date of birth to help make sure I get the right person, if more than one name comes up for the timeframe of interest.
