I personally know of several LC Listers/Subscribers that are now going thru chemo treatments, radiation treatments, several thru devastating grief, some are facing surgery, some going thru serious depression or SAD. Our pioneer ancestors sometimes had extended families to help them thru the tough times. Some had no one at all to turn to but their Higher Power.
