    3. Hello, Concerning publishing: here is one suggestion for the pile: how about a CD, or DVD of the book? This way you can have an inexpensive format, with photos as well. You can make alot of them, make the first one, then have copies made from that, and these could be shared with family, and also sold to researchers who happen to be interested and/or connected. A hard copy book is lovely, no question, but it is expensive. Just keep this new format in mind.     3. I have thought of that but I worry about media stuff and how long it will be a valid way of preserving things. Think back to the day of reel to reel tapes and how that was suppose to be the way to save things, or 8 tracks, heaven forbid.... just how long did they last? Well, now we have DVDs and CDs but they are beign phased out as well, so what next? Old fashioned paper and ink will not go out of style and you don't need special equipment to look at it, so I am going to print it, but if someone wants an CD I can surely do that but it will be a second choice.
