Some listings appear as: Doe, John (Jane) 3 ch (children) , farmer O (owns) 33 a (acres) 4 h (horses) 12 c (cattle) R1 (Rural Route 1) Vermilion Brhm (Brownhelm) 61 Ind. tel What does the number at the end of the entry mean? "B. tel" means Bell telephone. What does "Ind. tel" mean? The Wellington Genealogical Group sells reprints of this Rural Directory. http://www.rootsweb.com/~ohwgg Thank you!
