Hello Norma, I used to work for Shelby Business Forms in North Olmsted. The main plant was in Shelby, Ohio -- the reason I mention this is there was a man named Mark Claybaugh that worked in Shelby -- just another variation of the name. I have read tips on this list that sometimes the spelling is different from family member to family member. Don't know if it will help. Alice
