Does anyone have access to death notices that could look up Jospeh Taggett died August 1978. Social Security Index states his last residence was Cleveland but I have been told that might be where his last Social Security Check was mailed. He was living in Lorain County in the 1930's. I have info of a divorce from Lizzie Taggett. Thank you for other info. Sherri
