Have completely photocopied this huge (over 700 page) book printed by Robert Law Co, in 1920, but discovered that it was never properly indexed. Ex: John & Mary (JONES) SMITH may appear but the data included in their history never shows up in the index. Many times there are secondary biographies of his ancestors, siblings, her ancestors, siblings, plus the "married into" families associated with a group.....even "business partners". Of course, the accuracy is always questionable since the people in it submitted their own biographies & then PAID/subscribed to have their lives included. Question: Has anyone ever completely indexed this entire work ? If NO, other than line-by-line data entry, can anyone suggest a good way to get this accomplished ? This data is probably NOT ever going to be available to the "computer" genealogists & is too valuable a research tool to ignore. I live in Gilbert AZ (SE Phoenix metro). If anyone near me is willing to act as my "reader", giving me the names as I type it in, I'll consider doing the entry work.... Susan Bidwell Williams slw02@sprynet.com.
