Just an update on my offer... I'm still willing to look up obits but I discovered something at the library today that changes my offer.. See... from 1871 till approximately 1900 there are no true obituaries, unless it was a county tragedy. Very few deaths are even mentioned as the Examiner was a 3 or 4 page weekly publication. >From about 1900 till about 1910, the Daily Examiner has a few death and funeral notices. After 1910 however, I had no trouble finding the Obits and some are quite lengthy.. So.. I will be happy to look up, for free, any Obituary that might be printed in the Bellefontaine Examiner from 1900 to present. I must have a first and last name and a year, month, AND approximate day of death. If you want more than say... 3 lookups, please provide your home address so I don't have to type them all out over e-mail, I will notify you what I found through e-mail and send the copies through post. And please no apologies for overwhelming me. I haven't gotten many requests at all and it gives me a reason to get away from the house and kids... and I'm stumbling across my own relatives that I don't have dates for! :) ___________________________________________________________________ Get the Internet just the way you want it.
