Hello all, Can anyone in Logan County tell me anything about John Jacobs, Sr. who was in Monroe Twp. in 1830? Also, does anyone know about the following article that was in the Bellefontaine Gazette - Feb. 18, 1837? ". . . Joseph Jacobs and son were drowned in the Sandusky River, near Tiffin, in endeavoring to cross the river with their team. The horses were also drowned. Mr. Jacobs was a resident of this (Logan) County and has left a large family." Thanks for any information you can give me. June J
