I am looking for help???? I need to find any record of Thomas J. Davis in Logan County, Ohio. According to his obituary, Thomas J. Davis was born July 7, 1841 at West Liberty, Ohio, so I am assuming Logan County. I understand that this is on a county line, though. He left the state of Ohio in 1866. He left Ohio unmarried, later marrying Susan J. Harper, also from Ohio. I don't have access to census records or other materials, and I would really appreciate any help you can offer me.... my goal is to find Thomas J. Davis' parents names.
