Hi! I am desperately seeking help. I need to find a person who was born in West Liberty Ohio. This is what I know of him. Thomas J. DAVIS was born July 7, 1841 in West Liberty, Ohio. He lived in West Liberty until 1866, when he moved to Urbana, Champaign County, IL. Also noted is that he was united with the United Bretheren Church.
