Children of this union were: 1. Zachariah, he bn. abt 1838, a school teacher in the 1870 Census; 2. Alvin Vinton he bn. 11 Oct, 1840, d. 9 Jan, 1915, bur. in Marshall, Logan Co., Oklahoma; he our gr gr grandfather; 3. Margaret J., bn. 1843, d. 1918, bur. In Tharp's Run Cemetery; 4. Thomas J. bn. abt 1844; 5. Sarah A. bn abt 1847, died bef. June 1860; 6. Amanda, bn. Dec 1849, died bef. June 1860; 7. James Benton, bn. 6 July 1852, d. 25 June, 1905, bur. Fairview Cemetery, Logan Co., OH, wife was Mary E. she d. 1923, they were the parents of Florence M., she bn. Oct 1879; Florence md. Alfred J. YODER 8. Vinton, bn abt. 1853; 9. Martha, bn abt 1854; 10. Aaron, bn. 1856; 11. and Alverda, she bn. 29 Dec, 1857, d. 27 Apr, 1879. We desire contact with other researchers of this line, will share information. Thanks!
