Hi, I have a few questions about the first families of Logan County. I sent away for the application and not sure I received everything. I got an ancestor chart and a form that is numbered from 1 - 8 to show the different generations. I also received instructions, but there was a mention of an application to put list of documentation on. I don't have that. I was wondering if a Funeral program, the one the funeral home gives out at the funeral, is any kind of proof. I have my great grandfather's and it has his birth and death date on it. Also my mother was born in 1943 at home and does not have a birth certificate. Are there any records of her birth at the court house or the health department if she wasn't born in a hospital? Is the Health Dep't opened during any evenings or on Saturdays? Thanks, That's all I have for right now? Joan Medley
