My husband and I want to come to Logan Co. - Bellefontaine - to do some research and wanted to know the best place to go - library, court house, genealogy society, etc. We would be looking for births, deaths, marriages, wills etc. Also we need to know if these places will be open or closed on Friday, April 2nd.
